Cristina Stanica, Associate Teaching Professor of Public Policy and Administration, has co-authored "Reflections on Comparative Teaching in Public Administration" in Public Administration and Development.

Shantanu Khanna, Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Economics, has published the co-authored article "The Effects of Artificial Intelligence on Jobs: Evidence from an AI Subsidy Program" for the Institute of Labor Economics' Discussion Paper Series.

Call for Proposals for the 2026 BARI Conference 

The BARI Conference 2026: Greater Boston's 10th Annual Insight to Impact Conference will be held on May 8, 2026 at Northeastern University's Boston campus. The BARI Conference is a unique forum for community leaders, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers to share how they are leveraging the tools of research, scholarship, and design with and for the communities of Greater Boston—and how we can do even more through collective action. Share your work with Greater Boston's Civic Research and Data community!

The CSSH Sustainability Committee's mission is to integrate environmental practices and perspectives into our daily operations, teaching, research, and community engagement. Our recently launched page on the CSSH intranet is organized into three key areas—Sustainability Champions and Champions Network; Everyday Sustainability in CSSH; and Academic Integration. Also, save the date for Sustainability Innovation Week (SIW), running March 9–13, 2026! SIW will bring together students, faculty, and industry leaders to drive change, spark ideas, and shape a more sustainable future. We encourage our faculty to participate and submit proposals for sessions or activities that contribute to the college’s engagement in this initiative.
