Y'all, our campus got LIT this week – literally! The annual tree lighting ceremony had everyone feeling festive, but let's be real, the real MVPs was the mountain of free tamales at the office party.


Nothing says "holiday spirit" quite like watching raffle winners awkwardly juggle multiple bottles of Fireball whiskey.

Scheduled Projects for OSC

On behalf of Auxiliary Services


Please be aware of several projects scheduled for the OSC immediately after Finals Week:


Pack CafΓ© Floor Renovation – A month-long, noisy, and messy project involving significant demolition. Please inform anyone with noise sensitivities.


Main Level Painting – A long-overdue project set to begin on December 16th, lasting one week. The main floor will be painted (excluding office spaces). The strong paint smells may affect those with respiratory sensitivities.


Ballroom Floor Refinishing – A redo of previous floorwork with strong fumes. The Ballroom will be closed during this time.

Threlkeld Prize for Excellence Application Now Open!

On behalf of the CSU Pueblo Foundation


Please encourage all graduating seniors to apply: The Threlkeld Prize for Excellence is an award that CSU Pueblo bestows upon a top graduate each year. This prestigious student award was created in 1990 to honor the memory of Budge Threlkeld, a well-respected faculty member and beloved member of the Pueblo Community. The selected recipient will receive a monetary award, be recognized at the spring commencement, and will receive the first diploma at commencement. Eligibility: β€’ Graduating senior (Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2026) β€’ Completed at least 4 semesters at CSU Pueblo β€’ Attained a 3.7 GPA (not cumulative, not rounded) for three full-time consecutive semesters prior to nomination β€’ Demonstrated service to CSU Pueblo and the community. The Application deadline is February 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Holiday Food Drive

Fall 2024 Grades Deadline

On behalf of the Registrar's Office


Fall 2024 Grades Due: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18TH AT 5:00PM.


Unofficial and official transcripts will still be available through the grading period, but Fall 2024 grades will not appear until Friday, December 20th.


Please be aware that degree conferrals do not show up on transcripts immediately.


Degree conferrals can take up to 7 weeks to be completed and will appear at the top of unofficial transcripts in PAWS.


For transcripts that will be sent to potential employers, be sure that the degree is already listed on the unofficial transcript in PAWS before ordering, or be sure to click the option β€œAfter Degree Conferred” in the Parchment ordering system.
