The CT Dept. of Economic and Community Development’s (DECD) Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development (OBRD) is welcoming applications for funding under both the Targeted Brownfield Development Loan (Brownfield Loan) and the Municipal Brownfield Grant (Brownfield Grant) programs.
