LGA Terminal B - Operational Change
Effective November 2, 2026
Dear Members:
Starting November 2nd, 2026, all black cars and pre-booked car services will use LGA Terminal B Garage Level 1 instead of the previous Level 2 area for customer pick-ups.
Instead of using the ramp to enter Level 2, please refer to the guide and follow the signage to the designated Prebook Car Services area on Level 1 where you will find parking spaces dedicated for your operation.
This area is a dedicated customer pickup area only, with no dwelling/parking more than 5 minutes. For dwelling/parking longer than 5 minutes please use the LGA Cell Phone Waiting Lot on 94th Street.
Do not leave vehicles unattended in this new area. Any unattended vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.
