Swedish official exchanges ideas with CTG UAlbany
Dr. Magnus Enzell - a Senior Advisor at the Swedish Ministry of Finance, under the Minister for Public Administration Unit for Digital Government – and experts from CTG UAlbany and the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cyber Security exchanged ideas about creating the data ecosystems needed to address the grand challenges facing society.

Collaborative Governance Approach to Partnerships Addressing Public Problems with Private Data
While there is emerging knowledge about how data can be shared in such partnerships, less is known about the collaboration dynamics of these partnerships.

In this paper, CTG UAlbany Research Director J. Ramon Gil-Garcia and co-author Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Informatics at Örebro University, Sweden Iryna Susha examine this problem from the perspective of collaborative governance and propose a framework for understanding collaboration around data sharing for public good.
