The 2023 Open Enrollment Period will run from October 1-31, 2022. During this time, annuitants can enroll, add or drop a dependent, or change a health insurance plan or carrier. Changes become effective January 1, 2023.

CTPF will offer expanded educational programs by webinar and phone conference this fall. Telephone and video counseling appointments with counselors from CTPF’s Member Services department will also be available.

2023 Health Insurance Handbook

The 2023 Health Insurance Handbook offers an overview of plans and costs. Handbooks will be mailed the week of September 19th and can be downloaded now from the website at ctpf.org/2023handbook.

All plans offered in 2022 will be offered in 2023. You do not need to take any action to stay enrolled. Find a summary of changes for Medicare and Non-Medicare on page 2 of the
