The Richmond (VA) affiliate of Coming To The Table (CTTT) cordially invites you to a musical and story-telling presentation on Zoom** designed to energize our local CTTT chapters, celebrate our growth in 2020 and galvanize and inspire us all for the work ahead in 2021. Join us for this 90-minute special event, highlighting the vision, mission and amazing approach of CTTT. This event is co-sponsored by the Living Legacy Project. Through its programs and pilgrimages, LLP educates the public about the American Civil Rights Movement and its enduring lessons in order to challenge and inspire ordinary people to do extraordinary things.

A Living Legacy Project board member and Music Director, Reggie Harris, along with singer/songwriter Greg Greenway, have brought their talents together to create Deeper Than The Skin, a lyrical experience that makes you laugh, smile, cry and reconsider what you know about our history. It’s an invitation to open your heart and mind to a story of shared humanity that resonates with your own. Two friends… one Black, one White… one from the North… one from the South! Musicians, storytellers, students of history and world travelers. Two separate narratives forged into one powerful 30-year friendship aimed at finding common ground and helping others to do the same. Deeper Than The Skin is an interactive, engaging invitation to take a step into a new reality.
The combination of Coming To The Table, Living Legacy Project and Deeper Than The Skin will renew your spirits. We encourage you to attend and invite others who are looking for answers to the many questions presented in 2020 and discover how you can take action in 2021. Hear from participants and volunteers in CTTT - RVA who are doing the work of racial healing, how they are making a difference, and what keeps them at the Table.
