Hurricane Michael Preparation
CU*SOUTH's Event Response Team is monitoring Hurricane Michael and making plans to ensure our credit union clients and employees are supported.

We do not expect any substantial interruptions to our services for you and your members.
If your credit union is in the path of the storm, please make sure you take a moment to review your Disaster Recovery Plans . Here's a few things we suggest:

  • Check that your disaster recovery laptop(s) and WiFi hotspot is charged and make sure that your CU*BASE Gold session is up to date.

  • Review your offsite record retention plans with your staff

  • Prepare for power, phone and internet outages by setting up a disaster recovery plan with our call center. Contact us ASAP to setup support.

  • Send out messages to your members via Member Connect in CU*BASE. If you need support getting these messages out, contact us now.
