Pipeline Insider:

CUES offers a comprehensive selection of cameras and transporters designed to inspect pipes of all sizes and conditions.

Our Mission. Any Pipe. Any Condition.

When it comes to pipeline inspection, every job presents its unique challenges. From large-diameter storm drains to heavily corroded sewer lines, the conditions can vary dramatically. That’s why having the right inspection equipment for the task is essential. We offer the most extensive selection of cameras and transporters designed to handle any adverse condition found in the field.

Built for Any Challenge

Our cameras and transporters are engineered to perform in even the most demanding environments. Whether you’re dealing with high-flow conditions, extreme debris, or pipes with severe offset joints, we have a solution tailored to your needs. Our camera lineup includes:

  • High-Definition Pan & Tilt Cameras – Delivering crisp, detailed images for accurate inspections in all lighting conditions.
  • Self-Leveling Cameras – Ensuring a stable, upright view, even in unpredictable pipe conditions.
  • Digital Side-Scanning Cameras – Designed for rapid and detailed condition assessment of your wastewater or stormwater systems; reduces overall operation costs per foot by more than 50%.

Transporters for Every Terrain

Not all pipelines are smooth and uniform. Some have thick sediment buildup, while others have jagged surfaces that can make navigation difficult. Our transporters are built to overcome these obstacles, with features such as:

  • All-Wheel Drive Transporters – Offering superior traction in slippery or uneven conditions.
  • Steerable Transporters – Offering precise maneuverability, allowing operators to navigate tight bends and obstacles with ease, ensuring thorough pipeline inspections.
  • Adjustable Wheel Configurations – Allowing for adaptation to different pipe sizes and materials.
  • Heavy-Duty Motorized Transporters – Providing the power needed to traverse long distances and steep inclines.
  • Compact Transporters – Designed to navigate tight spaces and smaller-diameter pipes.

Why Choose Us?

With over 65 years of experience in the industry, we understand the challenges of pipeline inspection better than anyone. That’s why we offer a broad range of equipment options to ensure you have the right tools for any job. When you choose our cameras and transporters, you’re investing in reliability, performance, and efficiency, giving you the confidence to inspect any pipeline—no matter the condition.

CUES Tips: New Maintenance Series Booklet

We’re proud to introduce a new Maintenance Series Booklet for your CUES pipeline inspection equipment, the CAT Pump Rebuild! These guides are designed to help you extend the life and efficiency of your equipment by providing step-by-step instructions for proper maintenance, troubleshooting tips, and best practices.

CUES equipment is manufactured for rugged durability and designed to withstand the harshest environments found in sewer/pipeline systems. Like all manufacturers, CUES equipment is powered electronically, and even with preventative maintenance and precautions, equipment failures can still occur. If you have a newer CUES Grout Inspection Vehicle, several scenarios might require a CAT Pump rebuild and this booklet will help guide you through that process.

With easy-to-follow illustrations and expert recommendations, this booklet will ensure that your pipeline inspection system continues to perform at peak levels, reducing downtime and repair costs. Whether you're a seasoned operator or new to the industry, our Maintenance Series Booklets are the perfect resource to keep your equipment running smoothly.

INCREASE PRODUCTION - DECREASE COSTS

Our Digital Universal Camera (DUC) is a high-resolution, digital CCTV, side-scanning camera designed for rapid and detailed condition assessment of your stormwater or wastewater system. Inspect and assess 5000 feet or more per day, increasing your revenue, while reducing your expenses.

The DUC system produces a high resolution digital video scan of internal pipe conditions in 6-60” pipe, and a flat unfolded view of the pipe to facilitate rapid assignment of observations. An expanded flat unfolded view of the pipe is provided for measurement purposes. This low-maintenance camera has no moving parts and is driven through the pipe without the need to stop or pan and tilt. Drive the unit on cruise control to the remote manhole or through multiple manholes for maximum efficiency. Contact us today for a free demo!
