Meet Chef Didier in Bordeaux, at “La Taverne du Midi”, a Café, across from the train station, around 2:30 pm

If you arrive early, have a bowl of fresh mussels with a Stella Artois and an expresso, I will probably be there myself for lunch. If you are late, the bus & I will wait for you.

The TOUR begins
Leaving Bordeaux, with the bus, going to a 3 star Hotel, in Sarlat-La-Caneda, where we will stay for 3 nights as we visit that area Stop at Les Eyzies to see the Cro-Magnon Man (Les Eyzies-de-Tayac)
Look at La Roque Saint Christophe.

Saturday, March 1st: ( B, L, D )
Visit of "Le Gouffre de Proumeyssac", called "The Cristal Cathedral", near the town of Rocamadour.
Visit the 100 years old Magnificent Gardens of Marqueyssac
Lunch: Restaurant Le Tourne Pique In Castlenaud
Visit Chateau Des Milandes and the life of Josephine Baker
Back to the hotel in Sarlat
Sunday March 2nd: ( B, L )
Visit the medieval town and its markets. Many Geeses are loose participating in the atmosphere of the day, with music and many stalls with food & wines. There is a wonderful mass at 10 am.
Lunch is one of a kind with 14 courses of goose served in all different ways to celebrate that event attended by 1000 people from all over the world.
Dinner is at your leisure but after that 14-course lunch, we usually end up around 6 pm, at a local café when Chef buys some beers!
