We are so grateful for your generous gift of $421.00 and your support of our no-kill non-profit animal shelter. 

Literally, thousands of homeless, lost, and abandoned animals have come through our doors. Support from donors like you has allowed us to change the lives of those animals from cold, hungry, and alone, to warm, safe, and loved.

Save Your Good Junk & Rummage!!

United Women in Faith is holding its Annual Rummage Sale on Friday, August 5th & Saturday, August 6th. Please gather up your unneeded or no-longer-loved clothing, dishes, furniture, electronics, and other goodies to support our sale. We appreciate all donations. All proceeds are used to assist women and children's missions locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

We encourage you to drop off your donated items on Wednesday, August 3rd, or Thursday, August 4th. Thursdays, July 21st & 28th, 10:00 - 11:30 am. Sundays, 24th & 31st after church. Donations for those days only should be brought to the garage behind the church at the church. If you need to have items picked up, please contact Karen Grindle at (208) 860-2733.

Daft Badger Brewing 

Tripple L is hosting an event

at Daft Badger Brewing on August 7, from 4 pm to 6 pm, to welcome Pastor Amanda. All are welcome to come and share some food, and drinks and say hello!

at Arbor Crest Wine Cellar

A Welcoming event for Pastor Amanda will be held on Thursday, August 11th, at the Arbor Crest Wine Cellar's Summer Concert Series. The featured artist will be Pamela Benton whose music is described as "relaxing and easy on the ears." 

The winery's concert admission gate opens at 4 pm, with concert times from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Admission is limited to persons 21 years of age and older.

General admission seating is lawn seating. Bringing a lawn chair or blanket is highly recommended. You may bring your own food and the winery also has a Mediterranean-inspired menu for purchase. Only non-alcoholic in factory-sealed containers are allowed to be brought on the grounds.

Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline has a new direct phone number! Anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts can dial 988 and be immediately connected with a crisis counselor. The previous number (1-800-273-8255) also still works. Please program 988 into your cell phone so you can be prepared to help someone in their time of need.

Prayers for Stephen Robert West, the eldest son on Dr. Bob and Martha West, who died of a brain tumor. Prayers for his family, especially parents who were long time members of this church.

Continued prayers for Ruth Johnson who is struggling with Congestive Heart Failure.

Prayers for Harry Reed who is having an MRI on his back this week for possible back surgery.

Prayers for Sharry Robinson's brother-in-law, Bill, back in the nursing home.

Prayers for Dick White's wife, Ruth. His niece, Patty Davis who is doing much better and is now in rehab.

Continued prayers for the Heidenreich family and Tanya's father, Jack Alexander, who has pancreatic cancer.

Prayers for friend of Sharry Robinson, Cassie, who had a massive brain tumor removed last week & is cancerous. She will start treatments 7/12.
