With a historic invitation to the 2022 Selection Camp for the U.S. women’s wheelchair basketball national team, this tenacious junior has become CUNY's first-ever student-athlete to be invited to a Team USA tryout in any sport.

As our city marks two years since the pandemic began, we celebrate scholars whose impactful work has been at the forefront of discovery, helping us make sense of the virus and mitigate its many impacts.

CUNY mourns the tragic loss of Brent Renaud, a film and photojournalism student at City College who was killed in Ukraine while attempting to document the refugee crisis there.

With $1.85 million in federal funding, CUNY scientists will devise new methods of detecting dangerous pathogens in wastewater and CUNY students will be able to participate in cutting-edge research.

This CUNY professor was named a "rising star" in the field of moral psychology. Learn about her research and upcoming projects.
