MASSACHUSETTS

The Maximum Compensation rate is $1,431.66 for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

The Minimum Compensation rate is $286.33 for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

CONNECTICUT

The Maximum TTD rate is $1,328.00 for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

The Minimum TTD rate is 20% of the Maximum ($265.60) not to exceed 75% of the AWW for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

The Maximum TPD rate is $1,158.00 for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

There is no Minimum TPD rate for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

There is a $50.00 Minimum PPD rate for injuries on or after October 1, 2019.

NEW HAMPSHIRE

The Maximum Total Disability rate is $1,629.00 and the Minimum Total Disability rate is $325.80, both effective July 1, 2019.

The State Average Weekly Wage effective July 1, 2019 is $1,086.00.

The State Average Weekly Wage effective July 1, 2019 (for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2013) is $856.79.

The State Average Weekly Wage effective July 1, 2019 (for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 1993 through December 31, 2012) is $771.11.

The State Average Weekly Wage effective July 1, 2019 (for injuries occurring on or after November 20, 1987 through December 31, 1992) is $1,165.31.
