Superintendent Search Update

The search for the next Superintendent of Chartiers Valley has begun! We are utilizing the services of Mr. Tom Templeton, Founder of TEMPLETON Advantage, LLC, to guide the district through this process. Mr. Templeton has over 20 years of experience conducting Superintendent searches and extensive industry contacts throughout Pennsylvania. The School Board has had conversations around the skills, qualities, and experiences needed for the next Superintendent to successfully lead Chartiers Valley into the future, and we have developed the job posting below that reflects those attributes.

During the next month, we will be conducting a survey of the school community, and Mr. Templeton will be facilitating focus group discussions with various stakeholders in the district. This is an ambitious schedule to have our next Superintendent in place before the 2024-25 school year. Please be looking for more information in the coming weeks on our website. Thank you in advance for your involvement in this process.
