NEW RELIEF FUNDS AVAILABLE

$10,000 - SMALL BUSINESS RELIEF GRANT

Act now, money is awarded on first-come, first-served basis.

What you need to know:

$10,000 grants are available to eligible businesses in Ohio with no more than 25 employees.

Grants can be used to cover costs such as payments for rent, mortgage, salaries and expenses related to the pandemic.

Grants are being spread over Ohio's 88 counties. Fifty businesses in each county will get funding. After that, the rest of the money will be awarded to businesses throughout Ohio.

In order to access the application, individuals will be required to login using an existing OH|ID or create a new OH|ID. Click here to create your OH|ID.

$2,500 - BAR AND RESTAURANT ASSISTANCE FUND

Applications will be accepted through December 30, 2020.

What you need to know:

Ohio businesses with a permit for on-premises alcohol consumption are eligible to receive $2,500 per business location.

The business does not have to be currently open but must have an active liquor license as of October 23, 2020.

Licensees must present their FEIN or SSN, and liquor permit number and address for each unique location at time of application.

Funds are for use on expenses due to business interruptions caused by the pandemic.

Ohio Arts Council's current operating support grantees are eligible to receive additional funding.

If you are seeking free and earned media opportunities to extend your marketing budget, don't forget to share your content with TourismOhio.

The VIP Visitor Wristband program is transitioning to a digital savings pass. The savings pass will be promoted and shared directly with visitors who are in the area for conferences, meetings, and tournaments.

Visitors utilize their smartphones to redeem special offers at area businesses. You determine your offer, and you set any terms or conditions, including the ability to restrict redemption to a one-time use.

Events are still happening this year. Even more are booking their comeback in 2021! This is free way to get your local restaurant, shop, or attraction in front of visitors.
