Lights out! Master Management helping buildings 'see the light!'
One of the most effective crime deterrents is good lighting. Criminals like operating in the cover of darkness, and when your building has good lighting around it you are safer than if your property is in the dark.

This past month, Master Management sent security officers from building to building during the overnight hours to check on each buildings' lighting. The results of the lighting survey are being shared with property managers so improvements can be made.
We must do a better job.
The number of car accidents in the Village is going up! Master Management has needed to repair street signs, gate arms, and more. Take a look at the pictures below! Please be careful driving through the Village. If you damage property you are responsible for paying for repairs.
We have been telling you about the extra patrols Master Management is paying for to catch speeders and drivers that ignore stop signs. Here is proof positive: They are here and they are serious about catching violators!
Gator spotted!
A gator was spotted in the water near Newport by the bridge. Master Management is coordinating with the state and trappers to remove it.
Watch your speed...because others are!
We're also putting in new signs to remind you to obey the speed limits inside the village. Please drive safely!

The project is currently in Phase Three and is expected to be completed Spring 2023.
Right turn lane almost finished
The new right turn lane into the East Gate from Military Trail is almost finished.

Once completed, it will drastically improve the flow of traffic into the Village from the roadway.

The project is ahead of schedule and expected to be completed mid-May.
Special thanks to Andy Perrigo with Five Star Paving (right) for his hard work and dedication to CVE. For 7 years, Andy has worked extra hours and weekends to make sure our paving projects are completed properly. Also special recognition to Robert Streather, CVE Master Management Director of Operations (left) for his ongoing leadership during this and countless other projects.
Trash troubles
Recently the City of Deerfield Beach has been having equipment issues causing delays in bulk trash pickup. We will let you know if there is a delay on bulk day. If it happens, all bulk will be picked up the next day.
No soliciting in CVE
Please remember that inside the Village soliciting is not allowed.

If you notice it, don't hesitate to contact security.

We will have a rover handle the issue.
Office closed
Please note the Master Management office will close at 2:00pm on Thursday, May 5th. We will be open regular hours the following day. We will also be closed May 27th and May 30th in observance of Memorial Day.
Message from the Executive Director
Caring Beyond the Gates Success
I want to thank everyone who came out and joined CVE Master Management for our latest "Caring Beyond the Gates" clean-up effort.

In addition to our CVE Master Management staff, we were joined by Carolyn Rosenthal from Oakridge G, Billy Lane from Tilford A, Peter Silverman from Keswick B, as well as Craig Garcia and Paul Robinson from First Transit Grp., and Interim Director of Security at Allied Universal Security Christopher Kelley. I have included a few photos below.

While the "Caring Beyond the Gates" campaign usually focuses on areas outside the Village, this time we cleaned up the area along the SW 10th Street fence line in front of Farnham, Harwood, and Newport. We also had staff walk just outside the fence along SW 10th Street.

Be well. Stay Safe.
