New and improved buses hit the boulevard in July
New buses feature safer and upgraded lift
The new fleet is on the streets!

CVE Master Management, which provides all the bus transportation in the Village, says the new fleet of upgraded buses is cruising the boulevard.

The new buses are easier and safer than the previous fleet. All buses will "kneel" for passengers. Every time the door opens, the bus will drop down to make the first step lower to the ground.

In addition, the new buses have improved lifts that accommodate more weight. They lift scooters in addition to wheelchairs.
Good luck Casey Snider
It's with mixed emotions that we say good-bye to Casey Snider. Most you have known Casey as our Office Coordinator for several years. She recently started her own successful business and has decided to devote 100% of her time to growing it.

Please join us in wishing Casey the best of luck and success. We will miss you!
Congrats Angelica Saavedra
When you visited the CVE Master Management office, the first thing you probably noticed was the smiling greeting you received from Angelica Saavedra.

We are pleased to announce Angelica has been promoted to the position of Office Coordinator. Congrats on your new position, Angelica!

The new leadership follows promises by both Allied and CVE Master Management to further improve the services provided by officers across the village.

Tilford pool to close for updating
The Tilford pool will be closed for a few weeks in July as we redesign the lap lanes. We are making the lanes wider for easier swimming when several people are in the water.

Repaving begins this month
The 2022 Paving Project begins Tuesday, July 5th.

Paving will begin on Farnham/Harwood Road in front of the Harwood D and E and Farnham O Associations.

Our lighting upgrade is finished
Our four-year lighting upgrade across the Village is now officially completed!

The final buildings, Farnham M, L Durham O, T Farnham D, Tilford K were finished last month.

The CVE Master Management lighting upgrade has been a four-year example of what we can accomplish when individual buildings and CVE Master Management work together towards the betterment of the Village.
Bulk trash explained
What goes where...and when
You've heard of the Battle of the BULGE, right?

Well, here in CVE we continue to fight the Battle of the BULK!

There are still too many residents not following the rules for bulk pick-ups. As a result, portions of our beautiful village routinely resemble a garbage dump. Below are the rules for bulk pick-up. Remember, our bulk day is WEDNESDAY!
BULK TRASH RULES OF THE ROAD:
  • Bulk waste items are only the items that are outlined by these guidelines.

  • Place bulk waste curbside before 7 AM on your collection day, but not more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Place bulk waste ten feet away from dumpsters, cars, mailboxes, and any other obstacles.

  • Do not place bulk waste within ten feet of low tree limbs or electrical wires.

  • Do not place propane tanks, gasoline tanks, or other hazardous materials out for bulk collection.

  • Do not place residential garbage or recyclables out for collection with bulk wastes

Message from the Executive Director
Are you in THAT much of a hurry?
While CVE Master Management's primary focus is the upkeep and beautification of our village, we also take our role promoting safety seriously.

This is why CVE Master Management continues to fund additional BSO patrols to catch speeders and unsafe drivers.

It is also why we just installed several new automated speed signs to remind you to slow down if you are speeding.

These signs are along Tilford Drive and Ventnor Drive.

Please obey the speed limits in our village. These limits are in place for the safety of both drivers and pedestrians.

Meanwhile, I want to take a moment to wish all our American residents a Happy Independence Day. I also want to wish our Canadian residents a Happy Canada Day.

Enjoy your summer!
Be well. Stay Safe.
