CenClub Recreation & CVE Master Management sign deal to run Central Park

In a significant step forward in the planning and development of the new CVE Central Park, CVE Master Management and CenClub Recreation have signed an agreement to operate the park once completed.

The agreement calls for a 50/50 partnership in the operation and maintenance of the park.

CVE Central Park will be a one-of-a-kind urban outdoor space at the heart of the Village. Nothing else like it exists in a any other South Florida 55+ community.

The first phase of the park is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Toys for Tots at CVE Master Management

Our thanks to all the individuals who came by CVE Master Management with a toy for this year's annual Toys for Tots collection!

It's because of you that several children will have a happier holiday season! The collection is a partnership with CenClub Recreation, and you can still donate an unwrapped toy in the Clubhouse through December 2nd.

New North Drive sidewalk

Work will begin next week on a new sidewalk along North Drive. For the next five weeks, please use caution along North Drive as well as around Ventnor Court and Tilford Drive near North Drive.

Watch out for the ducks!

We have recently seen an increase in the number of ducks struck and killed in the Village by cars. Please be aware of your surroundings when driving and remember ducks could cross in front of you at any time.

If you have struck a duck, or if you see a duck that has been struck, please call CVE Master Management so it can be properly removed.

Holiday wishes from us to you

The Board of Directors and staff of CVE Master Management wish you a happy and healthy holiday season. It is a pleasure to serve our Village and to ensure one of the greatest places to live in South Florida remains that way!

Saying goodbye to a good friend

Last month we said goodbye to a good friend of the Village. Ray DePerro worked countless hours over many years to repair and maintain our roads and infrastructure. Ray was the contractor in charge of the multi-year repaving project.

He was a beloved family man and a true professional. It was an honor to work with him, and he will be missed by his friends at CVE Master Management.

Donations in Ray's memory may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: Donate

Message from the Executive Director

Happy holidays to all

This is the holiday season and I want to wish you a happy and healthy holiday. With our population back to normal, please always use care when driving, walking, or biking through the Village. There are a lot of us here and we all need to be aware of our surroundings.

Our next CVE Master Management Board of Directors meeting will be Thursday, December 21st at 9:30am in the Le Club Theater.

As always, be well and stay safe.
