Volunteers Needed - Do a lot of good in a short amount of time!

Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging’s nutrition program is in need of volunteers to deliver meals to home-bound seniors in Cedar Falls. Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (approximate time commitment is 1 to 1 ½ hours). Meals are picked up at the Cedar Falls Community Center (528 Main Street, Cedar Falls). You pick when you would like to volunteer – once or twice a week or a few times a month. Our volunteers are not “just” delivering a hot, nutritious meal but providing a friendly face and human contact to those who might not necessarily receive one on a daily basis.
