On May 10^th, your Clareity MLS dashboard will be getting a facelift. You’ll see a fresh, sleek appearance with additional features such as a dark theme, search tiles, and an expanded communications feature. All your credentials and login methods will remain the same.

1.      Do include some type of validation of square footage if you are using a source other than “Per Tax.” (This is a requirement per CVR MLS Rules!). This should be uploaded as a supplement to your listing.

2.      Do redact any confidential information if you upload an appraisal report, and only include the relevant page. 

3.      Do not include finished basement in both the “Fin SF Bsmt” and “Fin SF” fields. This will count the square footage twice. Finished basement should be in the “Fin SF Bsmt” field.

• Easily submit offers in Matrix and ShowingTime for the MLS that include all offer documents.
• Get offer-received notifications which include the exact date and time the listing agent opened the offer.
• Customize how you as the listing agent can receive offers and keep buyer agents updated using mass update capability.
