Henrico County has launched an innovative Affordable Housing Trust Fund program to increase access to homeownership opportunities in the county. Key program highlights include:
Funding: $60 million to support new construction townhomes, condos and single-family detached
Production: 100-150 homes annually over the next 5 years
Eligible Buyers: First-time homebuyers earning between 60% and 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
As homes become available through this program, they will be showcased on the PHA Property Listing Platform. This platform will integrate seamlessly with specially-designated Henrico Trust Fund MLS listings, making it easier for agents to find and present these opportunities to their clients.
Agents can utilize the AMI Calculator Tool to quickly determine if their clients qualify for homes under this program.
REIN Agent Attribution
The data share between CVR MLS and REIN includes agent and roster data. This means that REIN agents can now be added to your listing as Buyer/Co-Buyer Agents.
You can search for REIN agents and offices the same way you would search for CVR MLS agents.

Road Rules Reminder
As this year comes to a close, don’t forget to take a Road Rules of CVR MLS course to earn a $250 fine waiver. Fine waivers are valid for one year from the date of course completion, and you can always keep one on file.
Road Rules of CVR MLS is also available as an on-demand eLearning.
CVR MLS and RAR offices will be closed for Christmas from December 23 through December 25. We will also be closed on January 1 for New Year’s Day.
The CVR MLS Knowledge Base is available for tutorials. Otherwise, tickets will be handled by staff on December 26.
