Q: CVR MLS is my Secondary MLS. Do I need to submit my listings anyway?

A: We understand that CVR MLS users may also subscribe to other MLSs. Unlike Realtor Association membership, one MLS is not considered “primary” over another. Once you are a subscriber of CVR MLS, listings in our service area are subject to CVR MLS Rules and Regulations upon the Seller’s ratification of the Listing Agreement.

Q: An agent posted that they were in the top 500 producing agents in our area. Does CVR MLS provide or post this information?

A: No, CVR MLS does not provide or post agent sales rankings, nor do we track the production of individual agents. 

If you are interested in seeing CVR MLS-based agent statistics, you may do so in the MarketView menu in our MarketStats tool. This can be accessed from your MLS dashboard.  

Users can set up searches that will automatically send listings to their clients through Matrix. These listings will be available in OneHome, our user portal, and MLS Touch, our MLS app.
