Our compliance team has observed an increase in lockboxes that remain assigned to previous listings in SentriLock while being used on new active listings in Matrix. Incorrect assignments can create confusion for buyer’s agents during showings and result in inaccurate reporting.

Please ensure each lockbox is properly reassigned in SentriLock when placed on a new listing. Assignments can be updated in the SentriKey app, or you can follow the tutorial linked below to assign and unassign lockboxes in Matrix.

Keeping lockbox assignments up to date supports smoother showings and more reliable MLS data for everyone.
