Thanks to feedback from our subscribers, we are restructuring our square footage fields to provide better clarity and accuracy when inputting and displaying square footage information.
On Wednesday, February 26, CVR MLS users will be able to use the new three panel search for listings. The new user interface allows for easier navigation between criteria and results. Using the new search, results can be viewed in the new responsive display formats.
The new search can be found at the top of the search menu in Matrix.
To bring our FastStats reports more in line with our current market sales prices, we have updated the default price ranges on the Housing Supply Overview and the ShowingTime Showings report. These price ranges will also be available in the 2025 Annual Report.
For more in-depth stats, don’t forget MarketStats on your MLS Dashboard. You can create your own custom reports, including those based on custom price ranges. Click on the video below for an overview, starting with the ability to customize your own price ranges.
