CVR MLS frequently receives requests on behalf of buyers/new owners to remove photos from a closed listing. Almost always, the buyers are requesting the removal of the interior photos so they are not displayed on third-party portals. Currently, our only solution is to turn off the external feed (Internet = No) to remove the entire listing from syndication without affecting the integrity of the listing information and the valuable data that the photos provide internally to our CVR MLS agents.

Our team has been working with CoreLogic for a better solution. Beginning January 30^th, listing agents will have the option to select one image from their photos that will serve as the primary photo. This photo will feed out to the various syndications and third-party portals after the listing goes to a sold status. The remaining photos will stay in the MLS listing data and be available to CVR MLS Users for historical and statistical purposes.  

We’ll announce our launch and provide further instructions on how to utilize this optional function once this enhancement is live.

MarketStats provides ready-to-share PDFs of housing statistics across the region. You can use this data to generate detailed reports based on your chosen metrics. The statistical data found in our MarketStats tool on your MLS Dashboard is updated by the 15th of each month.
