Later this summer, RentSpree will be available to all CVR MLS users. RentSpree allows you to generate rental application links from a rental listing input form and screen tenant applications through your MLS Dashboard.

As a reminder, listing images must not contain visible advertising or promotional content, including agent or brokerage signs, logos, branding materials, or other marketing elements.

Next month, CVR MLS will release updated applications and transfer forms. Watch for our official announcement and links to the revised forms in the August 2026 edition of the CVR MLS Monthly Monitor.

Due to substantive issues with Transact, CVR MLS recommends continuing to use TransactionDesk Classic. Our staff is working closely with Lone Wolf as improvements are made to the Transact platform.

At this time, there are no plans to sunset TransactionDesk. CVR MLS users can continue using the platform without interruption.
