To improve the overall experience in Matrix, several fields have been updated. Click on the graphic below for a full explanation of the field changes. The Help Bubbles (?) in the Matrix input function have also been updated should you need guidance while you’re inputting your listing information.

Many of our standard transaction forms (like listing agreements, buyer agency agreements and purchase agreements) have been updated to reflect new legislation that went into effect on July 1. We've also added a few new forms and revised some existing ones to better serve your practice. Click here for a complete list of forms that are affected.

Agents in our area continue to be victims of scam listings. Many of these listings have come from online referral solicitations. Click the image above to view a list of red flags to look for and best practices to follow to keep you and your clients from becoming the next victims.

Restb.ai advanced image tagging is now live in CVR MLS. When inputting listing photos, you will have the option to auto-generate descriptions.  

Before uploading your photos, select the checkbox next to Auto-generate descriptions on upload using Restb.ai.

Then, you can edit the auto-generated captions in the caption box before selecting Certify and Save to save your changes.

MarketStats provides ready-to-share PDFs of housing statistics across the region. You can use this data to generate detailed reports based on your chosen metrics. The statistical data found in our MarketStats tool on your MLS Dashboard is updated by the 15th of each month.
