SentriLock is introducing an important security feature for the SentriKey® mobile app in late June. This change will provide a higher level of protection against unauthorized access to your mobile app and lockboxes.

After three unsuccessful attempts to login with their PIN, a user will now be temporarily locked out of their account. Agents who are locked out must call SentriLock at 1-877-736-8745 for onsite assistance. To prevent being locked out, we recommend enabling biometrics on your smartphone. Click here for a short tutorial on how to set up your Face ID in the SentriKey app.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reset it through the SentriKey app or by contacting SentriLock support.

Many of our standard transaction forms - like listing agreements, buyer agency agreements and purchase agreements - are being updated to reflect new legislation that will go into effect on July 1st. We’ve also added a few new forms and revised some existing ones to better serve your practice.

RestB.AI advanced image tagging is now live in CVR MLS! When inputting listing photos, you will now have the option to auto-generate descriptions.

Before uploading your photos, check the box next to Auto-generate descriptions on upload using RestB.AI to activate this new feature. Don’t worry - you can always edit auto-generated descriptions in the caption box. Once you're finished, select Certify and Save to save your changes.
