Effective July 1, 2025, the CVR MLS Rules and Regulations and select CVR MLS forms will be revised.

These updates include extending the Coming Soon period from 21 days to 45 days. This change is reflected in an update to the CVR MLS Coming Soon Addendum.

Users are encouraged to review the full Summary of Changes, including changes to the CVR MLS Purchase Agreement necessitated by legislative updates, to stay informed and prepared.

Exciting news! CVR MLS subscribers can now access a new transaction management platform: Lone Wolf Transact. 

You can find your data on both TransactionDesk and Transact. After logging into TransactionDesk on your MLS Dashboard, you can toggle to the new Transact platform.
