Open the Sentrikey® app while connected to stable Wi-Fi and ensure the app is updated before heading to showings. This will help prevent any delays caused by updates while you're at the door with clients.

Our lockboxes have been in use for nearly six years, and battery performance may be declining. If your lockbox is responding slowly, please return it so we can either replace the batteries or swap it out. For faster service, contact us at lockbox@cvrmls.com.
Care for Your Lockbox
CVR MLS provides lockboxes as a benefit to our users. However, some agents have left boxes unsecured on properties after closing, increasing the risk of loss. To support our lockbox program, please ensure that boxes are properly attached to secure fixtures and handled with care.
Order Lockboxes for Spring Listings
If you need a lockbox for your upcoming spring listings, please email lockbox@cvrmls.com to reserve one. Before requesting a new lockbox, ensure that your current inventory is reconciled. CVR MLS staff will review your inventory before issuing new boxes to ensure optimal utilization.
