As data share partners, CVR MLS and Bright MLS users can now access listings in each respective MLS. These listings can be found inside Matrix and in your client searches, emails, and portals—just like a CVR MLS listing.
Bright MLS serves over 100,000 users across six Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia. This data share includes all of Bright's Virginia jurisdictions.
By mutually exchanging listing data within our native MLS systems, our brokers and agents have broader exposure for their listings and have a wider geography of listing information available to them to support their clients and customers.

In this session, RAR/CVR MLS Legal Counsel Michael Lafayette will review the upcoming changes to septic system inspection requirements in Virginia law, effective July 1, 2025. This session will include an overview of the legal update, how this update will change the CVR MLS Purchase Agreement, and how you can best educate your clients and ensure a smooth transition to the new inspection process.
