Delayed Entry into the MLS

If the seller wants the listing to be entered at a date later than the three (3) days of the listing ratification, the listing agent may take the listing as a Delayed Entry listing. Any Delayed Entry Listings must also include the Seller Opt-Out Authorization (Form 145) and be filed with CVR MLS within three (3) days of the listing ratification by the seller. Need a Lockbox?

CVR MLS provides lockboxes to our CVR MLS SentriLock users as part of their SentriLock service. You can request a lockbox by emailing us at lockbox@cvrmls.com.

In order to maintain accurate inventory, CVR MLS staff will check your current lockboxes and listing status inventory. Please make sure your lockboxes are assigned in the Matrix and SentriLock systems. There are several ways to assign and unassign your lockboxes:

Matrix & Realist Tax Records Expanded to All Virginia Counties

CVR MLS now has access to all Virginia county tax records in Matrix and Realist. You can look up tax and sales information in any Virginia county and independent city, and auto-populate to new listings in Matrix as well. We hope this will make your work easier when researching and listing in geographically distant areas.

Every Thursday at 4PM CVR MLS staff will host Tech Time, an hour-long webinar exploring Matrix. The webinar will be held in an open discussion format where questions and case examples are encouraged.
