• CVR 310 - Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement
• CVR 335 - Purchase Agreement
• CVR 345 - Residential Listing Agreement

CVR MLS has partnered with Local Logic to provide neighborhood insights within the Matrix 360 property display. You can use Local Logic to provide a snapshot of local amenities and neighborhood characteristics. Local Logic information is integrated into the Matrix 360 property view under the Neighborhood Map and Demographics tabs.

Income Qualified has been added to the Restrictions field of the residential property form. This will help agents describe properties that are subject to income qualifying programs - such as the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, Henrico Trust Fund and Habitat for Humanity.

EV Charging Station has been added to the Appliances / Equipment field of the residential property form. This can be used to describe any conveying electric vehicle charging equipment on the property.

Both fields can be added to a search using Add/Remove Fields at the bottom of the page.
