Sharing Forms Beyond CVR MLS 
Per CVR MLS Rule 3.6, you're allowed to share our forms with agents outside of CVR MLS who are either involved in, or considering, a transaction with you.


For example, if a non-member agent is interested in submitting an offer on your listing, you may provide them with the relevant CVR MLS forms to help facilitate the process. While you cannot require outside agents to use these forms, offering them as a resource can promote smoother collaboration.

Regional Partnerships for Unified Forms Use 
To foster consistency and cooperation across MLS communities, CVR MLS has partnered with neighboring organizations to share our forms library.

Currently, our forms are accessible to members of:

• Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR)
• Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS® (WAAR)
• Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® (CBRAR)

These partnerships help create a more unified experience for agents working across regional markets.
