Team Function
If you work as a team, have an assistant, or want another agent to cover for you while you are away, the Team Function is a great tool to utilize.

It is located under My Matrix > Settings > Team Settings .

MarketStats
CVR MLS starts off 2020 with a new market statistics suite that provides accessibility for users of all data skill levels. InfoSparks offers market data with a focus level that can be as broad as the entire MLS or as small as a drawn square around the property you are researching. Market pricing, volume, and intensity can be displayed and compared with a couple clicks.
Live data reports can be shared via PDF, social media or email, embedded in a website, or exported to CSV for further analysis.

Only properties subject to a ratified listing agreement and pre-marketing addendum may be entered under the Coming Soon status. Coming Soon listings are subject to the requirements set forth in this Section 5.1 and must be entered into the Matrix system under the Coming Soon status within three (3) days of the Listing Agreement ratification by the Seller.
Rules and Regulations Update
Significant changes have been made to CVR MLS Rules and Regulations earlier this month.   Click the “View Changes” button to view the recent changes.
