Hello CWNY Members and Friends,

We hope that you had a great and healthy start to the New Year!

In addition to our current services, we are planning some programs for 2022! We will offer one-on-one tax file preparation in March and April, a sustainability and gardening workshop series, book clubs, art programs, and more in the Spring. Stay tuned for details!

Our next Financial Literacy Workshop will be on Wednesday, January 19th at 8 PM with a "Preview of 2021 Income Tax Returns - Including the Advance Child Tax Credit." 

Our next Career Workshop will be on Thursday, February 3rd at Noon about "Resume Writing." 

SAVE THE DATE! Our 35th Anniversary CWNY Gala will be on Thursday, April 7th at 7 PM via Zoom. We would love for you to join us!

Caregiver Support Group
Thursdays 2 - 3 pm

For family members who have found themselves taking care of their aging loved ones. This group discusses caregiving issues and concerns in a supportive environment.

Conversational ESL Classes
Thursdays 4 - 5 pm

We care deeply about the environment. Our program focuses on the connection between the environment and women.

COVID-19 Vaccine

NYC.gov has an overview on the vaccine for New Yorkers.

The Pfizer vaccine is now authorized for everyone age 5 and up.

A COVID-19 vaccine booster shot is now authorized for everyone age 12 and up in the U.S., without needing a reason, as long as it has been at least 5 months since receiving a 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna or at least 2 months since receiving a dose of Johnson & Johnson.
