Giving Thanks Family Event

Youth Group and Family Ministry Gathering

Every year St. Thomas puts together Thanksgiving food baskets filled with delicious traditional foods - turkey and all - and delivers them to families in need in our community, in partnership with The Advocates. 

This year we invite our families to a festive party to make up and decorate the baskets and have some fun together. We'll bob for apples and coat them with Jonah's homemade caramel sauce!

PLEASE JOIN US as we share the love of Christ with our community in this very tangible way.

Come hear Sunday School Dad Paul Holle talk about his work in the Himalayas!

As you know, we are blessed in the Wood River Valley to be part a community of interesting and inspiring people. On Sunday, November 17th, we continue a new series called The People Among Us in which we celebrate the many people who make our community great.

Paul Holle almost feels like a local after 16 years in Idaho after a journey that brought him here as a Lutheran Youth Minister by way of 4 states and a living out of a station wagon long before van life was cool. Now instead of 2 houses or 2 jobs, he has 2 businesses that keep him almost as busy as his 2 boys. Paul is the owner and founder of Sawtooth Brewery and spends a good part of the year in the Himalayas, offering wilderness rescue training. Paul and his wife Colleen live in Hailey.
