TOURNEY DAY TIPS & NEWS
Welcome to the 6th Annual Cabin Fever Cornhole Tournament. We are so excited to have you all be a part of our tournament this weekend. In this email you will find information regarding your first game times, tips to ensure you get the most out of our tournament, and other things you need to know.

Our doors will open at 10:15AM on Saturday. We are expecting extremely large crowds. If you are able, please park across the street from the church in the parking lot at Bleser Park. We are asking that only the teams who have 11:00AM games or 11:15AM games check-in first. If you have a later game time, you will be asked to wait to check-in.

Due to the large number of teams participating in this year's tournament, some teams will not have their first game until 12:45PM. Depending on the outcome of your games, you may experience a significant wait time before your next match. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will be doing everything we possibly can to keep the tournament moving along.

The tournament will start promptly at 11:00AM. At registration you will receive a list of the tournament rules and the order of game play. Each court will have an assigned Game Warden. This person will be responsible for having each team sign their completed game sheet and returning it to our Scoring Center. Any questions or scoring disputes will also be resolved by the Game Wardens. A friendly reminder that they are all volunteers and this is a fun, recreational tournament. Please refuse to lose your cool. Have fun!

NEW in 2014! Due to the large increase in the amount of teams competing this year, we are planning to have five courts OUTSIDE. We liken it to the NFL, some days you get to play at Lucas Oil Field under the dome in Indianapolis and other weeks you have to travel to Green Bay and play in the elements. So please dress accordingly. You MAY have games OUTSIDE.

Please REMEMBER....the tournament is a DOUBLE ELIMINATION tournament. If you lose your first game, you can STILL win the whole thing! If you lose and have no plans to return for your second game, please be courteous and notify our Scoring Central.

We are able to accept all forms of payment (cash, check or credit card) for your tournament fees or any of our silent auction baskets.  Credit card transactions must be a minimum of $20. All concession items must be paid for with cash. Thanks for planning accordingly.

Throughout the day we will have all kinds of activities and other things going besides the actual competition. We will have two concession stands available, one located in the church and one located in our Youth Center, the Buoy. DJ Jimbo Rocko will be on hand, playing music all day long, you can take a shot at winning $500 in our World Record Cornhole Shot and you can check out our incredible collection of silent auction baskets and raffles that we have available.

We are so grateful for your support of this tournament. This summer we will be traveling to Ocean, NJ with 85 teenagers and 24 adults to help to the people there in the recovery efforts from Superstorm Sandy. Your participation in our tournament this Saturday is making this trip possible.

We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday and if you have any questions, between now and Saturday, please don't hesitate to contact me.

All the best,

Nate
