State of the Schools

Last Thursday, the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual State of the Schools Luncheon. Superintendent Dr. Scott Hunt shared an overview of key initiatives underway across the district while addressing the challenges currently facing our local school system. Businesses in a community have a direct stake in the health of the local school system because strong schools help create a stable, skilled, and motivated future workforce. By caring about and investing in schools, businesses ultimately invest in their own long-term success and the economic vitality of the community they depend on.
