He is a poet/lyricist who wants to inspire positive, conscious thinking and productive community outreach through my poems and songs.

She is heavily involved in community service around Denver and is all about empowering the Black and Brown communities. Que Viva! Workshops for Youth
| |
We have been enjoying our spoken word/poetry workshops with youth at KIPP Denver Collegiate High School and The Bridge Project @ Quigg Newton. We're excited to continue the great energy we've built with those youth. In the near future, we will be offering direct ways you can support them... One series of spoken word/poetry workshops takes place every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8pm at the Bridge Project within the Quigg Newton community (4558 Navajo St). Youth outside that particular community can participate but need to register. Food is always provided. We are asking for consistent attendance @ workshops. ______________________
Make sure to read our next newsletter (a special edition) for updates from our workshops as well as opportunities for you to support our efforts...
