Cafe Lotus is now back to our regular hours!

Lunch 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM daily
Dinner 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM daily.
Online order cutoff is now 9 PM.

Welcome Our New Chef 
   

Presenting our new chef Ambuj Bhardway. Ambuj has actually been working the kitchen at Lotus Cuisine in San Rafael since 2018 but this is the first time we've done a feature on him.

Ambuj hails from Agra, a city in the North Indian province of Uttar
Pradesh (home of the Taj Mahal).

After getting his B.Sc. degree in hospitality in India, Ambuj also
received an M.S. degree in business in San Jose, CA.

He's impressed with all the extremely loyal customers that Lotus has gained over the years, and loves that they know their dishes and can identify the flavors that they love.

Speaking of dishes, Ambuj has a favorite: Paneer Tikka Masala.

When he's not running the Lotus kitchen, Ambuj likes spending time with his wife and son, visiting local beaches in Marin or taking a stroll in downtown Sausalito and taking in the scenery.
