Prayer Joys and Concerns
About Stephen Ministry

Need Help Recovering from the Storm? if you live in the Davidson area (Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville, Davidson, etc) and need help with trees or branches, call the church office (704-892-5641) and contact the pastor on call. We have some church members who have offered to help. We pray everyone is safe and has power.

Big Sunday Coming! This upcoming Sunday, September 29, we have two reasons to celebrate. First, the Rev. Caitlyn Zold, our Temporary Associate Pastor, becomes our Associate Pastor. In Presbyterian lingo, she is being installed by the Presbytery of Charlotte and in the process she becomes a year-round, permanent associate pastor. She will still focus primarily on campus ministry for and with Davidson College students but will take on some more general duties (mostly in the summer) and also ministry with our own DCPC college students. The installation is during the 11:00 service and Campus Ministry Committee will have a reception in front of the church following worship.

Our second reason to celebrate is that members of UKirk, our DCPC campus ministry group for Davidson students, will lead worship at all three services. We look forward to their sermons, prayers, and the music they have selected.

All services are in person in our Sanctuary and also live-streamed to Facebook and YouTube including a Live Chat feature. You may also listen to last week’s 11:00 service on WDAV (89.9 or WDAV.org). Free childcare is provided for all services.
