It has come to our attention that some federal agency employees learned of their approval to attend the Cal-Neva AFS Annual Meeting from Feb 28 - Mar 2, 2018 after the December 1 deadline for submission of abstracts for Symposium and Technical Sessions. As a professional courtesy to those who may have been awaiting approval prior to submitting an abstract to lead a session, we would like to announce that the deadline for submission has been extended until December 22. We invite you to help us share the diverse expertise found in our membership by submitting an abstract for a session. A session is generally five talks, each 20 minutes in length, though half-day and full-day options will be considered.
