The CRA team submitted another set of comments yesterday in response to CalRecycle's release of a third draft of SB 54 regulations. READ CRA'S LETTER HERE. A final Statement of Reasons is expected next from CalRecycle, which has a statutory deadline to finalize regulations by January 1, 2025. We are still collecting feedback on SB 54

In addition to several comment letters now submitted to CalRecycle following a series of updated drafts of the SB 54 regulatory text, the CRA Team has secured a meeting with CalRecycle Director Zoe Heller on January 15, 2025. Please send feedback by Friday, January 10, so we can prepare for the meeting with the Director.
