🌦️ Changing Seasons Mean Changing Air Filters – But Not in the Recycling Bin! ❌

As the weather shifts in Calaveras County, heaters and AC units start working overtime—and so do we when we find air filters in the recycling! But here’s the thing: they’re NOT recyclable.

While they may contain cardboard, most filters also have fiberglass, synthetic fibers, and trapped dust & allergens, making them unsuitable for recycling. 🚮 Instead, place them in your trash bin unless a special disposal program is available in your area.
