We hope you all enjoyed the holiday season and are ready for success in the new year.
We are writing to inform you of an important leadership transition at CalFlowers. Steve Dionne, our current Executive Director, has announced his relocation to The Netherlands necessitating this transition. The Board is deeply thankful to Steve for his tenure with CalFlowers and wishes him success in his future endeavors. His leadership and contributions over the past years have been instrumental in advancing the organization’s goals and initiatives.
During this transition, our priority is to maintain continuity in the services and support that you, our valued members, rely on. We are confident that the steps we are taking will strengthen the association and position us for future success.
What to Expect

Interim Operations: The Board and staff are working together to ensure that day-to-day operations continue without disruption. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns during this period. Dionne and the Board have agreed to a transitional period to ensure continuity in operations and organizational integrity.

Search for New Leadership: The Board has begun the process of identifying and recruiting a new Executive Director. This includes developing a comprehensive position description and posting the job opening to ensure we find the best candidate to lead CalFlowers into the future.

Engagement and Updates: We will keep you informed about the progress of this transition and welcome your input. Your trust and support are invaluable as we navigate this change.
