Lenders now have fewer loan summary data fields to complete at time of loan reservation and rate lock on a CalHFA first mortgage. Eliminated data fields will be captured on the Loan Compliance Summary form at the time of compliance document upload and loan submission to CalHFA as displayed in this screenshot.
