Effective February 1, 2019 CalHFA will use the lender's credit qualifying income, calculated per GSE, FHA and VA guidelines, for CalHFA's income limits, require lenders to use the newest version of the CalHFA Borrower Affidavit & Certification and no longer allow non-occupant co-signors on FHA or VA loan programs.
