CalHFA Single Family Lending
Effective March 1, 2019, CalHFA will use a universal promissory note & universal deed of trust for all CalHFA subordinate loan programs. In addition, CalHFA's MyHome Assistance Program and School Teacher and Employee Assistance Program (School Program) 30-year simple interest rates will be 3.25%.
