Public health officials at the Orange County Health Care Agency are encouraging residents to take adequate safety precautions in the wake of increasing COVID-19 cases in the county. Currently, there are no plans to implement a new mask mandate in Orange County; however, those who are not fully vaccinated must continue wearing a mask indoors in accordance with California Department of Public Health guidelines and are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

On July 19, the Orange County Health Care Agency began reporting COVID-19 case counts and testing figures daily, Monday through Friday. The case counts can be found by visiting occovid19.ochealthinfo.com.

Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD) is hosting an immunization clinic on Monday, July 26, 2021. Students who are a part of AUHSD, including CalOptima members, can schedule an appointment to catch up on vaccinations before the school year begins. Please call 657-422-8419 Monday-Friday between 2 p.m. and 5 pm to schedule your appointment. The event flier is available in English and Spanish.

The Orange County Workforce Development Board has partnered with the California Employers Association to provide Orange County businesses with a no-cost Orange County Human Resource Hotline. The hotline will provide advice on appropriate ways to handle employee concerns and will help answer COVID-19 questions. The hotline is 888-589-7577. Click here for more information.
